Welder / Fitter

Job Summery

We are looking for a skilled Welder & Fitter with experience in CO2 welding & MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join our manufacturing/fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting, assembling, and repairing metal parts according to drawings and production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities'

• Perform CO2 & MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on mild steel and structural components.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
• Fit, align, and assemble metal parts before welding.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Check welded joints for quality and accuracy.
• Repair defective welds and maintain welding equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to complete work on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper material handling in the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in Welding or Fitter trade preferred.
• Experience in CO2 welding & MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding.
• Knowledge of fabrication and fitting work.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good understanding of welding safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• experienced candidates.
• Preferred experience: 1–2 years in welding/fabrication.
