Job Title: Yoga Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Trainer to lead safe, engaging, and effective yoga sessions for individuals and groups. The ideal candidate will help members improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being while creating a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct yoga classes for participants of all skill levels.

Teach proper yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation practices.

Ensure participants perform poses safely and with correct alignment.

Modify poses based on individual fitness levels or physical limitations.

Motivate and support members in achieving their wellness goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.

Follow company policies, class schedules, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT or equivalent preferred).

Experience teaching group and/or one-on-one yoga sessions.Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create an inclusive and motivating class atmosphere.Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
