ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPPORT / ZONAL SERVICE INCHARGE – OPPO Karnataka Service CenterBase Location: Bengaluru
Work Requirement: Flexible to travel across Karnataka service centers
Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)

Job DescriptionThe role involves technical support, auditing, service center management, and field coordination for OPPO service operations across Karnataka.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of Oppo smartphones and electronic devices
- Diagnose technical issues and repair faulty components
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and direct interaction
- Maintain accurate repair and service records
- Stay updated on latest Oppo technologies and products
- Coordinate with service teams for efficient issue resolution
- Conduct audits at service centers across Karnataka
- Guide service engineers on technical queries and repair procedures
- Report issues and obtain approvals from backend management teams
- Monitor stock handling and service center operations
- Prepare daily performance and tracking reports
- Conduct monthly and weekly technical exams for engineers and CCO staff
- Be flexible to travel and manage multiple service locations under supervision
- Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / Degree / ITI in:
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Related technical fields
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone servicing and repairs
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Communication and customer handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies
