AC Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems at residential and commercial sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, follow safety standards, and complete work efficiently as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, and Central AC)

Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs and servicing

Install indoor and outdoor units, copper piping, and drainage systems

Perform gas charging, vacuuming, and leak testing

Clean AC units, filters, coils, and other components

Ensure all AC work complies with safety standards and company guidelines

Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing

Use tools and testing equipment safely and correctly

Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and team members

Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite

Report material requirements and work progress to the supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as an AC Technician

Knowledge of air conditioning systems, tools, and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred but not mandatory)

Willingness to travel to job sites as required
