Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and educational opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Explain course details, fees, scholarship options, and admission procedures.
- Maintain student databases and track counseling activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions campaigns.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and educational presentations when required.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and institutions.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with counseling skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and career goals.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
