**Job Description:**

Ajit Agencies is seeking a skilled and experienced Lathe Machine Operator to join our production team in Baramati. The primary responsibility of this role will be the turning of crankshafts on a Rajkot make lathe machine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Set up and operate lathe machines for precision machining.

*  Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

*  Perform turning operations on crankshafts according to specifications.

*  Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions.

*  Ensure the accuracy and quality of the finished products by taking precise measurements.

*  Perform routine maintenance on the lathe machine to ensure it is in good working order.

*  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.

*  Educational qualification of 10th or Below 10th.

*  Proficiency in operating lathe machines, specifically for turning operations.

*  Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

*  Strong understanding of machining techniques.

*  This is a field job that does not require English language skills.
