  Working Days: 6 Days  Work Mode: Work From Office  Shift: Day Shift 

Salary Package: During Training period: 10500/- PM (Stipend) in the Training Period (35 Days).

Roles and Responsibilities:  • The candidate should have a basic understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) provisions and tally to address client queries accurately. •Understand the specific needs and issues of corporate clients regarding Tally ERP, GST, and TDS. • Assist clients and troubleshoot the errors to make the operation run smoother.  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided for future reference and quality assurance.  •Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the voice support team to ensure high standards of customer service and support are maintained. • Stay updated with the latest changes in GST and TDS provisions and Tally ERP updates to provide accurate and current information to clients.  • Implement a feedback mechanism to gather client feedback on the support provided, using this data to improve services continuously.
