Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and compliance activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, banking, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable
• Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation regulations
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• PreferredExperience in manufacturing or industrial sector
• Knowledge of inventory and costing systems
