Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Job Description
We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to handle customer relationships through digital channels. The role includes engaging customers, understanding financial needs, and promoting suitable banking products. Ideal for fresh graduates starting a career in banking sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Connect with assigned customers as per policy
- Deliver a high-quality digital banking experience
- Understand customer needs & recommend suitable products
- Handle inbound/outbound calls as per standards
- Resolve queries & complaints within timelines
- Promote digital banking services
- Maintain CRM records of interactions
- Build long-term relationships & ensure retention
Sales & Portfolio Management
- Achieve sales & portfolio targets
- Cross-sell/up-sell banking products (TPP, Assets, Cards)
- Identify sales opportunities through customer profiling
- Ensure eligibility & compliance before offering products
- Monitor accounts & process transactions accurately
Process & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation
- Follow banking policies & regulatory guidelines
- Ensure timely CRM updates & reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE)
- Freshers can apply (0–1 year preferred)
Key Skills:
- Basic banking knowledge
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Customer-focused & sales skills
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
- Relationship-building ability
Language Requirement:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Any one: Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
