Compensation:

·       Training Period (35 days): ₹10,500/- per month (stipend)

·       Post Training:

o  With PF: CTC ₹20,200 | Take Home ₹15,014

o  Without PF: CTC ₹20,200 | Take Home ₹18,631

Language Requirements:

·       Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Required Skills:

Qualification: PUC / Degree

Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years’

Salary: 25k to 27k

Shift: US Shift ( 5 days Working ) ( Sat & Sun Fixed Off )

Shifts Timings: Login 6.30pm to 3.30am

Location: HSR Layout (Bangalore)

Roles and Responsibilities:

•            Make International outbound calls to promote product sales.

•            New Business development through cold calling/outbound calls.

•            Create, maintain, and update database/reports of prospects

•            Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

•            Ensure customer follow-up all the time.

•            Handle customer needs and requirements.

•            Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

•            Assist and support sales head in handling customer requests and needs.
