Job Description
- Manage end-to-end accounting transactions and maintain overall financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including project-based invoicing, and manage Accounts Payable (AP) for vendors/contractors.
- Monitor and track project-specific costs for effective cost control and variance analysis.
- Mail communication with clients and vendors
- Necessary report preparation and documentation
- Reconcile bank and ledger accounts and assist CA
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Indian statutory requirements, specifically:
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
- PF/ESI (Payroll and Labour Law compliance)
- Other Statutory compliance as required
