Job Description

Job Summary:

OLECOM MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, statutory compliances, and government-related matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain complete books of accounts and finalization

• Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and GST notices

• TDS calculation, deductions, returns, and compliance

• Handle Income Tax matters and departmental notices

• Manage Bills Receivable, Bills Payable, and Petty Cash

• Coordinate and support financial audits

• Handle PF, PT, and other statutory compliances

• Liaison with banks, auditors, and government offices

• Draft and respond to official emails

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience

• Expert knowledge of TALLY (Prime)

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF & PT

• Good email drafting and communication skills

  

Additional Requirements:

• Kannada speaking mandatory

• Flexible to travel for official work

• Ready to work 6 days a week
