🔔 Job Title: Accounts & Administration Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, GST & TDS reconciliation, and maintaining accurate accounts on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
* Ensure accounts are updated and maintained regularly
* Handle GST filing support, GST reconciliation, and TDS reconciliation
* Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants whenever required
* Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records properly
* Conduct monthly stock audits in coordination with the Warehouse Incharge
* Verify stock records and assist in inventory reconciliation
* Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to accounts and stock
* Support basic administrative and office coordination activities
* Knowledge of MIS reporting will be an added advantage
Requirements
* Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
* Experience in GST & TDS reconciliation
* Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software preferred
* Good Excel and documentation skills
* Attention to detail and organizational ability
* Ability to coordinate with internal teams efficiently
Salary Range
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and skill level)
Working Details
* Working Days: Monday to Saturday
* Timings : 10:30 - 7:00
* Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
