Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated, and proactive Accountant to join our team in the Civil, Mechanical, MEP, and Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally and Excel, and familiarity with industry-specific documentation such as BOQs, billing, and invoicing. • Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Accounting: Maintain accurate daily financial transactions, book-keeping, and ledger maintenance using Tally.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process regular Invoices and Proforma Invoices accurately and on time.
• BOQ & Documentation: Handle and assist in the preparation, tracking, and verification of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), vendor bills, and other crucial project documentation.
• Financial Reporting: Assist senior management in preparing periodic financial statements, reports, and reconciliations using MS Excel.
• Compliance & Records: Ensure all financial records are properly organized, maintained, and compliant with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: Coordinate with internal project teams, vendors, and clients regarding billing clearances and payment statuses.
• Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–1 year of professional experience or relevant internships (strong freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Software Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally (ERP / Prime).
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data organization, tracking).
• Industry Familiarity: Basic understanding or willingness to quickly learn construction/real estate terminology, specifically BOQ (Bill of Quantities), site bills, and contractor invoicing.
