Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant for our manufacturing company. The candidate should handle daily accounting activities, GST filing, invoice management, vendor payments, payroll support, and inventory-related accounting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Handle Purchase & Sales invoices
- Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory reports
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts
- Follow up for receivables and payments
- Support payroll and salary processing
- Coordinate with auditors and CA
- Maintain stock and inventory accounting records
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP
- GST & TDS filing knowledge
- MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing accounts & inventory
