Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare GST/TDS-related documentation and support statutory compliance (India).
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.
• Maintain fixed asset records and expense reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA (Finance) or M.Com is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience handling vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
