Job Description
- Fleet & Logistics Accounting: Manage and track expenses related to our EV fleet, including maintenance, charging costs, and vehicle procurement.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate the payouts for delivery executives, including incentives, bonuses, and fuel/electric reimbursements.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle invoicing for our corporate clients and manage vendor payments.
- Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Professional Tax etc.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements and cash flow reports to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com/CA Inter.
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably in a logistics, startup, or fleet management company.
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding & proactice in microsoft excel.
