Job Description
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter daily financial transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses into the accounting software.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, prepare payments, track incoming client receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements against the general ledger to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Month-End Support: Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing reports.
Expense Tracking: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel and spending policies.
Filing & Documentation: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial records, tax documents, and receipts to ensure audit readiness.
