Job Description

Broad job profile shall include but not limited to i. Accounts & statutory compliance: Overall company accounts keeping & statutory compliance will be your main responsibility. Updating tally for company’s entire accounts & Banking activities, On time payment of Taxes and complying statutory requirements, maintaining day to day Operation & Sales accounts & Bank records, Follow-up & collection of payments. In brief completing all related work and maintaining files and Documents. Coordinating with the auditor for accuracy and maintaining accounts as per annual audit requirement. All bank related work ii. Office Administration: a. Maintaining office equipment, utility, communication network, records of assets, documents, tools, technical literature, manuals, software CDs, spares & consumable, brochures etc. You will manage & control the movement of these items. Maintaining man, material & mails movement records. b. Handling travel desk assignments. c. Upkeep of office, housekeeping & Pantry. iii. HR – Assisting company management and coordinate all HR related work including hiring of new employees/trainees, wages, raise, leaves & grievance handling iv. Help & carry out routine office work as may be assigned on day-to-day basis. v. Sales Accounts & Commercial: a. Liaison with Overseas Principals & Customers on all commercial, legal & agreements matter under guidance from Management b. Raising the Invoices on Overseas principals and customers & collection through regular follow-ups for commission & other payments/ receivables vi. Help & carry out routine office work as may be assigned on day-to-day basis.
