At renevtech.com, we are an expanding ecosystem specializing in comprehensive power solutions, solar EPC engineering, and energy distribution. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to join our team.

This is not a standard, desk-bound accounting job. We are looking for someone who has a solid foundation in numbers but thrives in an active, operational environment—someone who can manage the books, interact with our dealer network, and actively drive sales operations forward.

What You Will Do

As our Accounts & Operations Executive, you will wear multiple hats to ensure our daily business engine runs smoothly:

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain daily books of accounts, manage invoicing, and track payables/receivables.

Auditor Liaison: Coordinate directly with our external auditors, organize financial data for tax and GST compliance, and promptly answer their queries.

Sales Operations: Attend to incoming business leads, understand their requirements, and generate accurate sales quotations for our power and solar products.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for our customers and dealer network, ensuring smooth order execution, resolving account discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships.

Who We Are Looking For

We value real-world capability, operational hustle, and a willingness to learn over paper credentials.

Education: A background in B.Com, BBA, or a related field is preferred, but your operational mindset and practical skills matter most to us.

Accounting Foundation: A clear understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and commercial operations.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable picking up the phone to talk to a dealer, a customer, or an auditor.

Operational Mindset: You aren't just looking to crunch numbers; you are looking to understand how the business works, track inventory workflows, and help close leads.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software. Bonus points if you have any exposure to modern business management ecosystems like Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar ERPs.
