Job Description
Job Description: Accounts Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations at Ovion Lifestyle. In this role, you will oversee bookkeeping, maintain vendor relationships, ensure legal tax compliance, and manage accounts receivable/payable. Your financial precision will directly contribute to maintaining our high-end brand operations and robust supplier network across India and international tanneries.

- Location: Jakkur, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
1. Core Financial Accounting
- Daily Bookkeeping: Process daily receipts, payments, vouchers, and cash/bank journal entries.
- Ledger Management: Perform timely bank reconciliations and balance general ledgers.
- Vendor & Customer Reconciliations: Maintain and review accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records for showrooms and vendor networks.
2. Compliance & Taxation (Indian Market) [1]
- GST Returns: Handle calculation, validation, and regular filing of GST returns.
- TDS & Tax Planning: Deduct applicable TDS on vendor invoices and assist with quarterly filings.
- Audit Support: Collate ledger data and compile accounting evidence to support external audit preparations.
3. Operations & Inventory Control
- Inventory Tracking: Reconcile factory/warehouse raw material logs (leather hides, fabrics, hardware) with purchase bills.
- Invoice Generation: Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and transport documentation for retail showrooms and domestic/international clients.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor aging debtor reports and issue polite follow-ups for unpaid balances
