Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts/ Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Working Days : 6 days (Sunday Off) 

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts/ Sr. Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our flooring products business. The candidate will handle invoicing, vendor payments, GST compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate record keeping. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP software
• Record sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expense entries
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

2. Sales & Billing Management

• Maintain records of flooring product sales and project billing
• Track customer payments and follow up for outstanding dues

3. Vendor & Purchase Accounting

• Process vendor bills 
• Maintain supplier ledgers and payment schedules
• Coordinate with procurement team for purchase documentation

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Ensure GST compliance for sales and purchases
• Assist in TDS calculations and statutory filings

5. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports
