Job Description

Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2 years to 3 years

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, including purchase entries, bank reconciliation, and vendor coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Do sales bill entry in Tally
  • Prepare and maintain invoices
  • Coordinate with agencies for sales bills and documents
  • Coordinate with logistics/transport for dispatch
  • Handle and process credit notes
  • Maintain records of billing and dispatch details
  • Follow up for pending bills and deliveries


Basic knowledge of Tally & Excel

Good communication and coordination skills

  • 1–2 years experience in billing/accounts (preferred)
