Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivables and payable, purchase orders, payroll, reports and other financial records for entry into accounts software, bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of reports.

Your responsibility will be:

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (Target Statement and Pending Payment Statements).

Ensure timely bank payments and monthly fixed payments.

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (GST filling and Professional tax filing)

Audit financial transactions and documents monthly.

Requirements in Education, Experience:

Bachelor’s in in tax, accounting, or finance

0-2 years Work experience as an Accountant

Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS PowerPoint and familiarity with relevant accounting software like Tally Prime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22000.00 - ₹25000.00 per month
