Accounts & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:- 1. Meet all statutory compliance, such as TDS, GST, and annual returns, within the deadline 2. Maintain the correct book of accounts in Tally, hard copies, and filings 3. Maintain banking relationship 4. Develop MIS, forecast, and other reports as and when requested by management 5. Implement systems & process and oversee the implementation of the finance policy 6. Provide input and work closely with the HR department, logistics department, and admin department to ensure all accounting/finance-related matters are well integrated 7. Implement a proper payment and receivable system as established in the company Other Responsibilities:- Weekly monitoring of attendance and communicating with all the HODs and streamlining the manning as per the organization's requirement & shift roster. Validating the attendance data. Processing the payroll on time as stipulated and Coordinating with the corporate payroll team to pay the salary. Coordinating and providing necessary data to corporate payroll spoc for other payments i.e. locum, on call, allowances, leave encashment etc. Coordinating with the Statutory consultant for timely compliance as per the labour laws i.e. EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Maternity Act, Gratuity Act etc in line with corporate payroll spoc. Timely submission of all MIS reports to management i.e. BRM, HR Dashboard, and Advisory Board requirements etc. as and when required. Contractual Staff managing for Housekeeping, Food & Beverage & Security services. General administration for all the employee letters related, coordination with HR Head for all employee related queries.
