Accounts Manager

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementMaintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability.Accounts Payable & ReceivableManage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.Track receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain debtor control.Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.GST & ComplianceEnsure accurate GST calculation, filing, and compliance.Handle TDS, statutory deductions, and regulatory filings.Coordinate with auditors and CA for audits and returns.Billing & Revenue ControlOversee invoicing for service, parts, and insurance jobs.Ensure accuracy in billing and prevent revenue leakage.Monitor daily collections and banking.MIS & ReportingPrepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards.Provide insights on cost control and revenue improvement.Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

🔹 Skills & RequirementsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.5–8 years of experience in accounting (automobile industry preferred).Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
