Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to manage and oversee all administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate with different departments, and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Manage office infrastructure, seating arrangements, and workplace requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle purchase activities, procurement, and inventory management.
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.
- Oversee transportation, logistics, and driver management.
- Coordinate with IT team for office systems, assets, and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee welfare activities and office requirements.
- Support organizing company meetings, events, and functions.
- Monitor office expenses and prepare administrative budgets.
- Handle contracts, AMC renewals, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
