Admission Counsellor

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.

• Handling inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.

• Making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications for study.
• Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services, managing complaints accordingly and in a timely manner, escalating where needed.
• Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
• Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends.
• Cross selling our products.
• Inbound outbound sales.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.

• An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience in B2C sales or zeal to learn would be first preference.

• Confident articulate and professional speaking abilities.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software and CRM systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to adapt and grow in the customer service role.
