Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

An Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, explaining course details, and helping them choose the right program. The role involves interacting with students, converting leads into admissions, and providing accurate information about the institution.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures to students.
• Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain and update student data in CRM or admission portal.
• Provide guidance to students regarding course selection and career opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and admission processing.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and counsel students.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in education counseling or sales is preferred.
