Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to handle admission-related enquiries and guide students through the college admission process. The role involves making outbound calls, fixing appointments with students/parents, and resolving queries related to colleges, courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding college admission enquiries
• Fix appointments for counselling sessions (telephonic / online / in-person)
• Understand student requirements and guide them on suitable colleges and courses
• Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees etc
• Resolve student and parent queries related to college admissions
• Follow up with prospective students until admission closure
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and admissions reports

• Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently
• Basic knowledge of college admissions and education system (preferred)
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
