Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs based on their academic interests and career aspirations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional student experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
• Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve monthly counselling, admission, and revenue targets.
• Resolve student queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Participate in admission campaigns, educational events, seminars, and promotional activities whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and company data.
• Stay updated with the latest educational programs, admission policies, and industry trends.
• Eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Customer Service, Tele calling, or Inside Sales is an added advantage.
• Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Language Requirement Hindi is mandatory.
• English communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
