Job Description
Designation : After Sales- Assistant
Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
* Good communication skills in English and Kannada
* Qualification: Any Graduate (minimum qualification required)
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in data entry and system handling/operations
Job Description
* Allocate watches to technicians
* Enter ready watches for running test processing
* Update running test (RT) watch entries before handover and status change
* Pick spare parts from the main service center inventory stock
* Pick spare parts for HK shipments
* Print barcode labels for spare parts
* Allocate spare parts to inventory bin stock
* Update PO details in the booked watches service order copy
