Your Impact

• Role & Responsibilities

• Build health focused agency force

• Achieve budgeted sales target (Retail Health products only)

• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP

• Handholding of Advisors

• Ownership and servicing of Advisors

• Drive advisors’ activation and progression

• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.

• Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.

• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis.

What We Expect

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate

Experience: 1 – 7 years relevant experience

Skills: Agent Recruitment, Communication skills

Mindset: In the same location for more than 2 years, or prior work experience in that location for 2 years , Loyalty, stability - 1.5 years minimum stint in last 2 companies
