Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Agency Manager (POSP) to lead and expand our agency channel for Health and General Insurance products. The role focuses on driving business growth through effective recruitment, activation, and management of insurance agents (POSP), while ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive agency premium growth in the assigned location for Health and General Insurance products.
- Manage and strengthen the agency channel through:
- Agency Recruitment – Identify and onboard quality agents.
- Agent Activation – Ensure newly recruited agents start business operations.
- Agent Productivity – Monitor and improve agent performance.
- Agent Engagement – Maintain strong relationships and engagement levels.
- Ensure adherence to key agency metrics and standardized business practices.
- Achieve both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) targets as per defined
- goals.
- Provide strategic inputs based on local market conditions and implement effective
- business plans.
- Regularly review performance and design action plans for continuous improvement.
- Drive policy renewals and ensure targets are met consistently.
