AI Growth Associate Intern

We are looking for a highly driven AI Growth Associate Intern to join a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, client success, and AI implementation. You will work directly with businesses to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions, manage client onboarding, execute AI-driven marketing campaigns, demonstrate AI products to prospective customers, and build prompts and workflows that power real-world business use cases. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who enjoy a combination of business development, customer interaction, problem-solving, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute AI-driven marketing and outreach campaigns to generate leads and engage potential customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and pitch AI solutions to business owners and decision-makers.

• Design, test, and optimize prompts and workflows to ensure high-performing AI implementations.

• Manage the client onboarding journey from initial interest through successful deployment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and go-live stages.

• Work closely with internal teams to customize AI solutions for different business use cases.

• Continuously improve customer adoption, engagement, and overall client success outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Comfortable working in a high-growth, execution-focused environment.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Based in Bengaluru and available to work from office, 6 days a week.
