AI/ML & Data Sci Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver advanced, hands-on training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong industry and training experience, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, real-world learning through projects and use cases.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver instructor-led training sessions (classroom/online) on AI, ML, Data Science, and Python.
• Design and execute hands-on practical sessions, case studies, and real-time projects.
• Mentor and guide learners on capstone projects and career readiness.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and Data Science technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize training programs for corporate or academic audiences.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Technical Skills & Expertise Required:Strong proficiency in Python programming and application-based development
• Hands-on experience in:
• Data Science with Python / R Programming
• Applied Machine Learning & AI using Python
• Deep Learning and Neural Networks
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Computer Vision
• Knowledge of:
• Data Mining using WEKA
• Big Data Ecosystem (Hadoop fundamentals)
• Data Analysis using MS Excel and T-SQL
• Inferential Statistics and Statistical Analysis
• Data Lakes and modern data architectures
• Experience with:
• MLOps (Model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring)
• Full Stack Python Development (preferred)
• Exposure to:
• Generative AI and Agentic AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, LLM-based applications)
• Additional Skills (Highly Preferred):Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
• Experience in corporate training / academic teaching
• Good understanding of industry use cases and real-world applications
• Certifications in AI/ML/Data Science (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience & Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 3–8+ years of relevant experience in training and/or industry
• Proven track record of delivering successful training programs or workshops
