About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer. An ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of electronic security systems. Additionally, the candidate should be efficient in diagnosing issues and effectively communicating solutions to the clients.

 Responsibilities:

 Liaise with customers' on-site interfaces to complete the scope of work.

 Report any issues with the product's design or installation to internal relevant owners.

 Complete a Commissioning / Handover Report upon project completion.

 Liaise with customers' on-site interfaces to complete the scope of work.

 Undertake site installation, commissioning, training, handover, and start-up activities on a project-by-project basis of electronic security systems (CCTV, PA System, time and attendance, fire alarm, gate automation).

 Undertake problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as part of normal commissioning duties.

 Maintain a site diary detailing activities and key events during the course of the project.

      Regularly share project progress reports and current status with internal and external stakeholders.

 Conduct site surveys for CCTV, PA, time and attendance, fire alarm systems, and gate automation projects with accurate measurements and propose required equipment for the project.

 Prepare installation reports, signoff reports, connectivity diagrams, and assist in preparing as-built drawings with equipment position and cable routes as required for the Project.

 Who you are :

 Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent).

 Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various teams vendors and end-users.
