Job Title: Architect / Architectural Designer
Location: Rajajinagar 6th Block
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)
Higher salary can be considered for highly skilled candidates.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Architect / Architectural Designer with minimum 6+ months of experience in architectural planning and design. The candidate should have strong knowledge in both 2D and 3D architectural works and must be capable of handling complete project design requirements.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong experience in 2D Layout Planning & Architectural Drawings
- Knowledge of 3D Elevation Design
- Experience in Interior & Exterior Visualization
- Ability to create 3D Walkthroughs & Rendering
- Basic to Advanced knowledge in Structural Design Coordination
- Knowledge of MEP Plans (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Preparation of:
- Floor Plans
- Working Drawings
- Elevations
- Sections
- Site Layouts
- Good understanding of construction details and materials
- Ability to coordinate with clients and project teams
- Should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently
Software Skills Required
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Photoshop (Optional)
- MS Office
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in architectural/interior design field
- Strong knowledge in 2D Layout Design is mandatory
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
