We are looking for a talented and creative Architect – 2D & 3D Design Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to designing modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing projects.

Job Summary

The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, and realistic 3D visualisations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, creativity, and proficiency in architectural design software while working closely with engineering, marketing, and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Create high-quality 3D elevations, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
• Design attractive building facades that align with modern architectural trends and client expectations.
• Prepare architectural presentation drawings for client meetings, marketing materials, and approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Produce municipal submission drawings and assist in obtaining statutory approvals where required.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor design implementation, and resolve architectural issues during construction.
• Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation, and design records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team by providing architectural renders, brochures, and project visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, building materials, sustainable practices, and design technologies.

Required Technical Skills

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of:

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• V-Ray
• Revit (Preferred)
• 3ds Max (Preferred)
• Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
