Role Overview

The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising multiple client sites, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing manpower, and maintaining service quality standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

1️. Site Supervision

• Visit assigned sites daily/weekly as per schedule
• Monitor attendance and shift deployment
• Ensure guards & housekeeping staff are present in proper uniform and grooming
• Conduct surprise inspections

2️ .Manpower Management

• Arrange replacements for absenteeism
• Coordinate recruitment for new requirements
• Handle staff discipline and resolve on-site issues
• Support training and induction of new employees

3️. Client Coordination

• Act as point of contact for site-level communication
• Address client complaints promptly
• Ensure service delivery as per agreement

4️. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain attendance records and site registers
• Submit daily/weekly operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies

5️. Emergency Handling

• Respond to urgent manpower shortages
• Visit sites during critical situations if required

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory, English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting)
• Strong supervision & problem-solving ability
• Ability to travel across Bangalore

Qualification

• Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
• Experience in Security or Housekeeping FM company preferred

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to work in field-based role
