Job Title: Area Sales Manager - South & Strategic Regions
Location: Bangalore, India

With a growing dealer network and strong market presence across India, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to strengthen our regional sales operations.
Position: Area Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager based in Bangalore to handle sales development, dealer management, and business expansion across Southern India and selected strategic regions in the West and East.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in channel sales, project sales, business development, and relationship management within the automation, building materials, construction, security systems, façade, or allied industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned territories
* Generate new business opportunities through system integrators, architects, consultants, builders, and project sales channels
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and partners
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Identify market opportunities and drive regional business growth
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training programs for dealers and customers
* Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, logistics, and technical support
* Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and market development initiatives
* Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market intelligence
- Travel extensively across assigned territories as required
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 4–10 years of experience in sales/business development
* Experience in entrance automation, security systems, architectural hardware, façade systems, building products, or related industries preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven approach
* Ability to manage multiple regions and travel frequently
* Good understanding of channel sales and project business
* Proficiency in computers and reporting tools
Educational Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline
* MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
