India's waterproofing industry is a 20,000 Cr+ market with zero accountability. No diagnostics, no documentation, no warranty anyone actually honours. House of Waterproofing is built to change that.

We're India's first technology-driven waterproofing company. AI-assisted diagnostics, a standardised 4-step process, and a 7-year written warranty backed by the company, not a contractor. We're operational in Bangalore with a growing team and proven demand.

We're hiring a City Head to own Bangalore end to end. Sales, operations, execution, team. This isn't a department role. You run the business.

What you own:

• The full customer journey from lead to warranty handoff
• Revenue and margin targets with real autonomy to hit them
• Ops coordination: inspections, crew dispatch, materials, subcontractors
• A growing team of coordinators and specialist crews
• Customer trust. You are HOW in Bangalore

Who this is for:

• 5-8 years in, having run a city, branch, or territory for a services company (home services, interiors, facility management, pest control, construction)
• You've sold directly to end customers and closed at premium price points
• You've managed field teams and understand scheduling, dispatch, and quality control
• You're comfortable with systems: CRM, structured reporting, WhatsApp-based ops
• Based in Bangalore, on-ground daily

Waterproofing experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train the technical side. What we're looking for is someone who takes ownership and commands trust.
