Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & AccountsManage end-to-end accounting operations for real estate projects.
  • Handle project accounting, cost tracking, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and all statutory compliance activities.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of taxes, PF, ESI, and other regulatory dues.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Track property bookings, sales, collections, and customer outstanding payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, legal, and internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
  • Lead and support the accounts team for smooth operations.
  • Monitor project profitability and financial performance against budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and strengthen internal control processes.
  • Handle PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales, leasing, and client management.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and HRMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Analytical mindset with reporting and documentation skills.
