Job Description: Assistant Manager Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized, sharp, and proactive Assistant Manager – Backend Operations (Fresher) to support our core business workflows. In this role, you will not be managing gym floors or dealing with members. Instead, you will be the engine of our backend, overseeing daily data flows, tracking system operations, and coordinating internal processes to ensure our service pipeline runs seamlessly.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy fresher who is great at organizing workflows, managing internal timelines, and overseeing processes without getting bogged down in traditional paperwork or bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities●
Process & Workflow Coordination:
○ Oversee and streamline backend operational workflows (e.g., vendor dispatch schedules, service request routing, internal ticketing systems).
○ Coordinate between different internal teams (sales, technical, on-site staff) to ensure backend requests are resolved timely.
● System Monitoring & Escalations:
○ Monitor our internal operations dashboard/software to ensure all tasks are moving through the pipeline correctly.
○ Act as the first point of escalation for system glitches or stuck processes, routing them to the tech team.
● Team Supervision:
○ Assist in monitoring the output and daily schedules of junior data-entry or backend executives.
○ Ensure the backend team meets daily turnaround times (TAT) for service requests.
● Inventory & Asset Tracking (Digital):
○ Monitor digital stock levels and automated replenishment triggers within the system (without manual bookkeeping).
Required Skills & Qualifications●
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with strong logical reasoning, tech-savviness, or college leadership/event coordination experience are welcome).
● Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or B.Com preferred).
● Core Competencies:
○ Tech-Savvy: Extremely comfortable navigating digital dashboards, internal software, and basic tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
○ Logical Thinking: Ability to look at a workflow, spot a bottleneck, and coordinate a quick solution.
○ Coordination Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to follow up effectively with internal teams.
○ Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for monitoring systems and ensuring tasks don't slip through the cracks.

Location: Hayes Road
Timings & Working hours -
All weekdays 9.30am to 6.30PM
2nd and 4th Sat days off, other sat days are half days
