Assistant Manager

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the store and maintain operational standards.
• Handle team management, shift planning, and staff coordination.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and wastage reduction.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards within the store.
• Support in hiring, training, and motivating team members.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management when required.
• Handle opening and closing activities of the store.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail / QSR / Restaurant operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle store operations independently.
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
