Work as a Assistant store manager at Polar Bear outlet, following things need to be taken care:

  1. Manage the outlet with Polar Bear SOP's.
  2. Work with Store & Area manager for smooth operations of the store.
  3. Manage staff efficiently.
  4. Delight customers by providing quality service.
  5. Manage the stock in the store while following company guidelines.
  6. Improve sales by upselling.
