Job Description
• Launch & Lead: Drive the store opening, set up the team, and build strong sales culture.
• Sales Driver: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through smart strategies and daily motivation.
• Customer Experience Curator: Ensure every visitor has a delightful, brand-first experience.
• Team Builder: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-energy team aligned to our values.
• Operations Master: Manage stock, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance with precision.
• Brand Face: Represent our brand as a cultural and lifestyle brand ambassador in the city
● Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement loss prevention measures.
