Job Responsibilities:

• A Trainee Assistant in the Operations Department is responsible for learning the day-to-day activities of transport and logistics operations under the guidance of senior staff.
• The trainee assists in shipment booking, preparing delivery documents, tracking vehicle movements, updating operational records, coordinating with drivers and warehouse personnel, and maintaining accurate data in the logistics management system.
• The role also involves learning company policies, safety procedures, customer service standards, and basic inventory management.
• A Trainee Assistant develops problem-solving skills, understands transportation processes, and gains practical experience to prepare for higher operational responsibilities.
