Associate / Consultant

What You Will Do 

• Lead Value Stream Mapping engagements and quantify improvement potential. 
• Design and execute Kaizen interventions (Flow, SMED, 5S, Pull Systems). 
• Drive structured problem-solving using A3, PDCA, and root cause methodologies. 
• Establish performance dashboards and review mechanisms. 
• Manage end-to-end workstreams with clear milestones and benefit tracking. 

What We Look For 

• 2–3 years in Lean, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing sector. 
• Strong analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision-making. 
• Working knowledge of VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, 5S, and structured RCA. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. 
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred. 
• Ability to influence stakeholders across levels with clarity and confidence. 
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership.
