Job Title: Associate Manager – Instructional Design
Job Description:
We are hiring an Associate Manager – Instructional Design for designing and developing engaging e-learning and training content. The candidate should have experience in content designing, storyboarding, LMS, and e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop e-learning/training content
- Create storyboards and interactive learning modules
- Work on LMS and instructional design projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams
- Manage project timelines and content quality
Required Skills:
- Instructional Design

Experience: Relevant experience in Instructional Design / E-learning (Min 10 - Max 14)

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site for 6 - 8 months after that will provide Hybrid mode
